September ’22 Construction Update

 
September has seen momentum increase immensely with framing and plastering bringing shape to the internal structure. 

• Level 1 works have included
    – Corridor ceiling grid being hung
    – Paving and tanking started on terraces; and
    – Joinery installation has begun

We also have underway:

• Level 2 sealer coat for walls and ceilings
• Level 3 second coat of plaster stopping
• Level 4 base coat plastering 
• Level 5 sheeting walls and ceilings
• Level 6 roughing in services being completed with carpentry fix also commenced

And completed:

• Level 7 rough in services; and
• Level 8 wall framing with noggins
