October ’22 Construction Update

Closing out October we’ve reached the following milestones:

• Lower Ground and Ground Floor framing commenced
• Level 1 natural stone benches and surfaces being installed
• Level 2 external paving commenced
• Level 3 joinery being installed
• Level 5 painting being completed
• Level 7 plastering now finished; and
• Level 8 service rough-in complete
