November ’22 Construction Update

 
Works on site continue to progress well, with the significant milestone of the installation of the lifts being achieved. 

We’ve also made headway on:

• Lower ground and ground floor amenities being fitted out
• Glazing of the ground floor level
• Level 1 stone installation commencing
• Level 1 timber flooring continuing to be installed
• Level 2 service fit-off
• Level 4 tiling being completed
• Level 5 joinery install commencing
• Level 7 first coat of paint being completed; and
• The northern river embankment external works commencing
