April '22 Construction Update

Walmer is now very visible from the street with teams of builders undertaking various tasks to enable the project to stay on track.

Current Status
• Level 3 concrete pouring is almost complete
• Level 4 formwork has commenced
• Stripping of Ground Floor formwork material is in progress
• Basement services are continuing to be installed
