February ’23 Construction Update

 
The Walmer construction team have started 2023 off strong, with plenty of activity continuing during the last few months of construction leading to settlement.

The ground floor fit-out is well underway, with plaster and glazing being installed. The foyer light by lighting designer Christopher Boots feature is in final production, to be delivered to site at the start of March.

As Walmer continues to take form, it is becoming clearer from the clever design of the apartments and their expansive terraces exactly the kind of riverside lifestyle awaits the residents.

Our progress taking place on site:
• Landscaping preparations around the ground floor exterior
• Northern river embankment earthworks progressing
• Level 1-3 services, electrical & hydralic fit-offs continuing
• Level 4 joinery stone being installed
• Level 5-8 timber flooring being installed
